Seaside Cushion

Beautiful soft cotton in fantastic shades of blue, yellow and pale green evoke the feeling of being by the seaside as you snuggle down in comfort at home. Nest building and comfortable surroundings become even more important as the sun fades and winter looms, so why not add this little reminder of summer to bring on some hygge?

A perfect present to brighten up a new university room and remind someone of home, to add a splash of colour to a new house, to bring some sunshine into the life of someone who is a bit down in the dumps... or even better to treat yourself.

This cushion was made using one set of our seaside fabric bundles. It is an original design in hand-dyed fabrics - there is not another one on the planet that is the same, although many may try to replicate it, it will always be one of a kind. The sides of the front and the back of the cushion are made from a linen shirt that was also hand-dyed.

The materials in this cushion cover were recycled so you can purchase feeling happy that litres of water have been saved.

This cushion measures 30cm by 30cm and can be purchased with or without the cushion pad.

The fabrics were hand-dyed in small batches with indigo, weld and pomegranate. They are all prewashed to ensure that they are colourfast and to create these beautiful muted tones.
